This includes but is not limited to Internet and External E-Mail procedures, the relevant Code of Conduct policy, Privacy policy and Public Records Act 2002 (Qld) record keeping and disposal requirements and information disclosure requirements under the Right to Information Act 2009 (Qld) and Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld). By using Council systems (such as Yammer and Intelex) you are agreeing to the overseas transfer of your personal information and that you have read the relevant policy/management directive/procedure (e.g. Yammer’s sign-up Usage Policy and Intelex’s Information Page on Council’s intranet [the Buzz]).
These procedures, management directives and policies are available for review on Council’s Intranet (the Buzz) under Tools > Corporate Documents and legislation is available on www.legislation.qld.gov.au.
